HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be processed and shipped asap. Please allow 5-7 days for standard shipping. However, this timeframe can change slightly during holidays or sales events.

We want you to be satisfied with your 24ktblk.com purchases. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:

We will deduct $5 from your refund. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee.

To return the original item(s), simply send us an email at contact@24ktblk.com, describing your return transaction. Send it through the carrier of your choice. Please allow up to 12 business days for your return to be received and processed.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date, which is shown for each item during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Shipping Method: Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will arrive as specified below. Orders placed with Economy or Standard shipping will ship within 1-5 business days and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. 24KTBLK reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on 24KTBLK.com.
Economy: arrives within 7-10 business days of shipping: $5.00. $5 Flat Rate Shipping offer applies to Economy shipping orders only. If you choose to ship Economy and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will be charged $5 per address.
Standard: arrives within 5-7 business days of shipping: $8.00. $8 Flat Rate Shipping offer applies to orders shippingStandard delivery only. If you choose to ship Standard delivery and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will be charged $8 per address.
2-Business Day: arrives within 2 business days if placed by 3 PM ET: $20.00. If you choose 2-Business-Day , a $20 flat rate will be charged for all orders.
Next Day: arrives next business day if placed by 3 PM ET: $25.00 If you choose Next Day , a $25 flat rate will be charged for all orders.
Saturday: arrives on Saturday if placed between 3:01 PM ET Thursday - 3 PM ET Friday: $35 Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to remote rural areas in the United States* If you choose Saturday delivery , a $35 flat rate will be charged for all orders. Shipments of orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Economy, 2-Business-Day, Next Day, and Saturday delivery options are not available for these destinations. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to these destinations.
*To ensure prompt delivery, orders placed with the Saturday delivery option will be shipped via the Next Day option if placed outside of the hours specified above. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to remote rural areas in the United States.
